Abstract

Nowadays Information Technology modernized our life almost in every field. One of amongst some blessing of information technology is Internet Banking that brings comfort and ease for banking activities. During few years Internet Banking has developed as cost-reducing, time saving, self-serviced technology and convenient channel that is accessible 24x7 across the geographies. Users of Internet Banking are increasing day by day all over the world. In today's hyper competitive environment Internet Banking acts as a competitive differentiator among banks and has become a significant revenue builder.

There are many advantages of Internet Banking still number of customers are refusing to use its services. It is important to understand cause behind not using internet baking, it would be very useful for banks to make strategies to increase number of users of Internet Banking. The purpose of this paper is to review the literature related to influencing factors of Internet Banking adoption. Endeavor of this paper is to gather literature in direction to understand the relationship between perception of internet banking among customers and adoption factors. Mentioned literature and its understanding is relevant for academicians and researchers for fostering the work in this field. The visions of considered studies are discussed and suggestions for future research are provided in this paper.
