Abstract

Due to the positive impact of the workplace organization method (5S) on the quality of provided services and consequently the profitability of the organization, paying attention to these principles could be one way of enhancing the effectiveness of organizations that has not been considered too much. The overall aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between workplace organization method (5S) and job satisfaction and workplace safety and quality of services offered at the branches of Eghtesade Novin bank in the Shiraz. The correlation test has been used to evaluate the relationship between workplace organization method as the independent variable and the quality of services provided, as the dependent variable, as well as employee satisfaction and workplace safety as the independent variable and the workplace organization method as the dependent variable. Research findings indicate that job satisfaction and workplace safety have a significant relationship with workplace organization method and 5S is also positively related to the quality of services provided by the bank.
