This study aimed to investigate the job satisfaction of accountants working in the offices of Ilam province. Statistical sample of 150 accountants were collected through the sampling method of Cochran, and statistical data were collected through a questionnaire. Using Friedman's analysis of variance, Tchouproff agreement coefficient and chi-square test we examined 13 hypothesis of this research. Results showed that there is a positive relationship between amount of attention of the supervisor to employees requirements, educational and career promotion, and delegating responsibility, involving employees in setting organization goals, job security, friendly and respectful relationship, compliance and suitability of person for a job, employee participation in decision-making and Trying controversial and challenging job with job satisfaction and there is no significant correlation between the system of salary and wage, age, level of education and the expansion of informal relationships with job satisfaction, between in other words 9 hypothesis were confirmed, and 4 were rejected.
