Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the qualitative parameters of bank services using the different models of service quality. Along with unexampled development of Islamic banking in the world, it must completely be known the needs of those customers using this kind of the bank services, and certainly be looked to this great part of financial markets by managers to utilize the found opportunity in this part of Fuzzy attitude of the bank services. It has been paid less attention to the degree of importance of qualitative parameters in the most models of the service qualities and caused to ignore it in all measurements used to investigate the satisfactory level from the service quality. Thus, by using the Fuzzy attitude, which is one of the multi- test decision making techniques in this study, we give priority to these parameters according to their importance level. The results of this study show that having enough credits in banks for customers is the most important factor among the qualitative banking financial service ones.
