In the recent years by Reduction of investment in oil and gas industry of Iran, the revenues have been decreased too and this reduction caused decreasing of Pace of economic growth. Reduction of foreign investment can have many reasons such as state economy, Lack of transparency in regulations, Bureaucracy, foreign Propaganda and sanctions. In this research need of investment in fundamental industry such as oil and gas will be study. By using of Meta-analysis method, obstacles for investment in oil and gas industry will be investigated and finally some solution for resolving of that will be proposed.
