Abstract

In Banking sector Non-performing assets are Crucial problematic. NPA has affected health or wealth of banking sector. NPAs reflect the acts or management of banks. Therefore, the success of a bank depends upon managing NPAs. The Public Sector Banks have revealed very decent management as far as the financial processes are worried. Though, the only tricky of the Public Sector Banks these days are the growing level of the non performing assets. In SBI bank high NPA effect on profitability, efficiency and productivity. To expand the efficiency and profitability of banks the NPA essential to be reduced and controlled.
