Investigate the factors affecting level of employee satisfaction, in-service training courses, with an emphasis on individual and environmental factors (Case study: Agricultural Bank branches in Tehran)

Abstract

Investigate Job satisfaction is considered as a primary means of gathering information on organizations. All organizations are looking for quality, especially; it is true, in the services organization, including banking. Job satisfaction survey is as a main tool. Two variable set of 13 variables were chosen organizer and venue of classes other than environmental factors and sex, age, education, work experience, salary, number of periods, type of post is other than individual factors. Survey research methods and data were collected through questionnaires and refer to employee records, and using logit regression and software EViews been analyzed. The study sample included 1, 200 people are officially employees of the Agricultural Bank branches in Tehran, in 2014, and through the example of a community sample and the sample was limited to 291 were selected.the level of competence of staff, create new ideas, the distribution of information between customers, support for innovation, there is also a significant relationship between the variables organizer and venue of classes.
