Simple and efficient synthesis of 1-(4, 5-dihydro-5-aryl-3-(quinoxalin-7ylamino)pyrazol-1-yl)ethenone derivatives

Abstract

A simple and efficient method was developed to synthesize1-(4, 5-dihydro-5-aryl-3-(quinoxalin-7-ylamino) pyrazol-1-yl) ethanone derivatives (4a-g)using hydrazine hydrate from 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-N-(quinoxalin-7-yl) acrylamide (3). All the synthesized compounds were characterized by NMR and mass analyses.
