A series of Pyrazolo[5, 1-c]thieno[3, 4-e] [1, 2, 4]triazin-6-amide derivatives were synthesized from 5-amino pyrazole and characterized by spectral analyses and their antibacterial activity was evaluated. Compound 5a was the most active among all the compounds synthesized compared to other compounds.
