The present study is aimed to evaluate the phytochemical screening and in vitro anti-inflammatory activities of extracts of A. radiata flowers by inhibition of protein denaturation method by egg albumin and bovine serum method.
Different concentrations was incubated with bovine serum and egg albumin in a controlled experimental situation and subjected to determination of absorbance and membrane stabilization and viscosity to assess the anti-inflammatory property. Diclofenac sodium was used as the standard drug.
