This is a case report of female reported of gall stones indicated for surgery. Therapy of spiritual healing with positive energy and vibrations was applied to her with proper healthy routine with asanas, pranayama and meditation, and she healed without any surgery. A plan with four therapies was applied on her, she uses to meditate and do Rajyoga for an hour everyday. She used to charge the water with positive energy to drink that is pure, and healing happened and eat energized food with these thoughts as they say “Jaisa ann waisa mann”.
