This article researches the content of the draft Civil Code ofthe Republic of Uzbekistan and the issue of smart contracts. The study also analyzes the issue of defining smart contracts as a written form of agreement and contract. The disadvantages of concluding a will agreement through smartcontracts are justified. The article explores the basics of using smart contracts as a way to fulfill an obligation.
