Abstract

This paper is to know how the sugar producer will market their product, i.e sugar, and how they'll formulate the strategies to market their other sub products. And also to study the various problems which are facing by the Industry and by the firm. This study also focuses how the Government will regulate the sugar industry and how they will affect the marketing and production of sugar in order to know their Intervention. And also tried to analyze the Sugar Industry by the help of SWOT analysis and Porter's Five force model with a Taking HIRA sugars as a case study.
