The present study aimed at find out the effect of Nadi Sodhan Pranayama on Psychological Well-Being of middle aged Working Women. The sample consists of 40 middle aged Working Women from D.A.V. girls Degree college Yamuna nagar, Haryana, who were in age group of 40–50 years which was selected by accidental sampling using - one group pre-post test research design. Practice time was 30 minutes each morning and evening and the duration was 1 month. The result of t-test revealed that the practice of Nadi Sodhan Pranayama much significantly improved level of psychological well-being of middle aged working women.
