Abstract

The Competition for Employment Opportunities to Indian Youth is intense and talented candidates only can survive in the Indian Competitive Employment Market. But recent growth of Employment in certain industries is considerable to take positive note about the Employment Opportunities to Indian Youth. One of those feasible industries is Advertisement Industry which is growing rapidly in the present corporate selling context contributing to huge Employment Opportunities to Indian Youth and as well Indian economy. The collaboration of steep increase in literacy rate and creative programs in televisions to raise their TRP ratings has led to a great revolution in advertisement industry in recent days and so as increased the scope of Employment Opportunities to Indian Youth. This review is all about the Employment Opportunities generated by Advertisement Industry in India and its contribution in providing Employment Opportunities to the Indian Youth. It discusses issues like various sectors and areas where advertisement is creating Opportunities for Employment to Indians and as well about different advertisement Medias who are creating the greater scope for increase in the Employment Opportunities.

It is also discussed about the recent trends in Advertising Industry and their contribution to create new job profiles for the candidates and new job roles that has been created in recent days. Job profiles includes space buyers and sellers, creative directors, art directors, script writers, ad designers etc., and indirect contribution of television channels to increase the advertisements volume to reach their customers that ultimately created a huge Employment Opportunities for Indian Youth. The role of latest advertising methods and message vehicles like mobiles, internet, FM radios and other electronic ad devices in providing considerable amount of Employment Opportunities to Indian Youth also mentioned in this review. The role of advertisement agencies in providing employment to Indian Youth and the different roles created and carried out by advertisement agencies in India in multiple tasks that have created a greater scope to recruit many employees into their agencies making a pavement for unemployed Indian Youth to grasp their Employment Opportunities and the growth of agencies in India and their expansion tasks in Indian Advertising are discussed in this review. Candidate's employability requirements to suit advertisement industry and their minimum qualifications and personal traits are exhorted in this review. The growth of employee's career in Indian advertisement industry and its future shaping to suit to Indian employees expectations like remunerations and incentives etc., are dealt in this review in details.
