Entrepreneurship of people with disability is so important in many points of view and social capital concept in this field has been introduced before by little researchers. This study was aimed to survey on the role of social capital in entrepreneurship of people with disability. A set of data was collected by in-depth field interviews with owners and senior managers of seven supporting nongovernmental organizations of people with disability located in Iran. The collected data has been analyzed by the Grounded Theory method. The results of this research showed the importance of social networks and norms for entrepreneurship of this group of people. It was concluded also that supporting, guiding, creating and setting cultural role of social capital in entrepreneurship can be lead this community to a better conditions in the country.
