Abstract

This study aims to identify the relationship between the level of burnout among men and women working at home have been with private companies in Dubai (United Arabic Emirates) in 2013. Methodology of the study is cross-sectional, random sampling and cluster sampling is done. The sample size is 170 and 200 questionnaires were distributed among 25 private companies. In this study, to investigate the Maslach Burnout Inventory Tool is used for staff. Based on the three burnout dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and Dstavrdshkhsy review and was developed hypothesis, therefore.
