The purpose of this research is to investigate relationship between Organizational Commitment (OC) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dimensions (OCB) in the experts of Physical Education Organization of Iran. This is a describtive-relationship research. Population in this research is all experts of Physical Education Organization. A random sample of 140 employee selected. Data gathered using two questionnaires for OC and OCB which alpha Cronbach's of first was 0.89 and second was 0.82. It was found that there is a significant relationship between OC and OCB in experts of physical education organization (P=0.00). Also relationship between OC and dimensions of OCB was examined and found that relationship between OC and magnanimity, OC and Conscience is significant (P=0.00). However relationship between OC and civic virtue (p=0.13), OC and altruism (p=0.25) and OC and Attention (p=0.71) is not significant. In terms of findings of the research the level of OCB and OC in experts of physical education organization is satisfactory and it is strength for that organization.
