A study of the factors affecting cultural entrepreneurship in Iran

Abstract

This research seeks to specify the factors influencing the back office of the Culture and Islamic Guidance Ministry. The method of research is practical in objectives but descriptive-correlative in the way the data were gathered. The data were gathered mainly through a questionnaire distributed among the managers and administrative staff of that organization. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through the validity of the content. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's Alpha. This research had three main hypotheses and twelve peripheral ones. The data of the research were analyzed in the statistical software of SPSS. The results of the research confirmed all the main and peripheral hypotheses of the research. At the end, the influential factors on cultural entrepreneurship were ranked on the basis of Freedman Test, and the personal, environmental, and organizational factors were placed the first, second and third important factors respectively.
