This research topic is a study on the objectives to find out the socio-economic condition of women self-help group members before and after joining the SHG and their satisfaction level. For that, primary data has collected from 120 women SHGs of west and north district of Tripura. The chi-square test is used as statistical tools for analyzing the data and testing the hypothesis. The hypothetical analysis shows that there is no significant relationship between the age, profession, educational qualification, income level and level of satisfaction. Finally the study concludes that the women group members are satisfied with the activities of SHG and they are benefited after joining the SHG by socially and economically.
