Trend in religion and language in northern India

The ancient religious belief, rituals practices arises among the human being to over-come the obstacles presented by nature and equal man's struggle against man on social issues. On the basis of enjoyment of the social benefit, society can be divided into two classes; as privilege and unprivileged group. The role religion plays tremendous in the power politics. Through the ages, religion has both unified and divided civilizations. Sometimes religion brings extreme human casualty, in the case of division, and creates modification of existing cultures. Among the various indicators of culture the religion and the language are the sensitive one. When religion is the strongest force of divergence simultaneously language is counter force of convergence of culture within same societal structure. Sometimes religious friction among the two cultural identities diversified the human group but at same time languages of same religious group create the cultural convergence. That diversified languages and dialect and provides a direction of cultural uniformity simultaneously. The language and the religion are simultaneously acted as a diverging as well as converging agents within same social group in Northern India.
