Abstract

The present study was conducted in Iran and aimed to analyse the impact of knowledge sharing and application on organizational learning. 650 employees of 50 manufacturing companies were selected as statistical population of this study. According to Krejcie & Morgan (1970), the minimum number of sample size was determined as 242 people. After distribution 350 questionnaires among employees, 265 usable questionnaires were returned. The factors analysis and the findings show that knowledge sharing and application has a significant positive impact on organizational learning. The results of this study suggest that managers can improve organizational learning by sharing appropriate knowledge and applying this knowledge in their organization which contribute to achieving competitive advantages for organization.
