Abstract

Child malnutrition is the burning issue for developing India. Reports suggest that about 48% of children below age of 5 are found to be having malnutrition. Despites several efforts by the government to address and reduce maturation in the country, all the efforts are proving to be going in vain. The malnutrition level in country seems to be increasing every year. Thus paper will cover the current status of malnutrition, some facts and myths about malnutrition in country.
