Abstract

This study focuses on the Apricot yield impacted by the fluctuations occurring in the early fall and late spring frosts in East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. Major processes of frosts, produce many different aspects of climate change. This study used statistics over 20 years at 6 stations in the East Azerbaijan province. For the study of fluctuations of frosts, the first and last frost of autumn and spring was used. To determine the homogeneity of the data the Statistical Run test was used. Our results indicate that at all stations except the station of Maragheh city glacial fluctuations in spring were more than in autumn frosts. For minimum temperatures of stations in the study, it was observed that lower minimum temperatures showed a decreasing trend.
