This paper explores the relationship between faculty engagement and career success of faculty in higher education institutions. A survey on 662 faculty members with special reference to Coimbatore district representing 10% of the population was done with Stratified Sampling Method with a response rate of 77.8% and with Cronbach Alpha of 0.9. Anova was used to determine whether there was any significant difference among the Arts and Science and Engineering and Technology institutions with regard to faculty engagement and career success. Multiple Regression Analysis was done to find out the influence of Faculty Engagement factors on Career Success.
