Abstract

The present study was undertaken in Rewa block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh with a sample of 100 respondents (anganwadi workers) to study the training needs of anganwadi workers in relation to health and nutritional aspect under ICDS programme. The finding revealed that the training needs of anganwadi workers in relation to health and nutritional aspect was at medium level. Majority of the respondents had medium level of training needs in relation to health and nutritional aspect. The variable like annual income, marital status, total length of service and cosmopolitness were found significantly associated with training needs in relation to health and nutritional aspect.
