The study of creativity has been of great concern to the researchers interested in pedagogical studies in general and language pedagogy in particular. Though, the issue has been studied from various perspectives, little if any has been conducted on the role individual variables have in EFL teachers’ creativity. Accordingly, this study made an effort to detect any probable relationships between individual variables and Iranian teachers’ creativity. In so doing, a total of 36 Iranian EFL teachers were studied to see if such individual variables as gender, educational degree, and experience have any relationship with their creativity in EFL classes. The results revealed that the given variables moderately affect the way EFL teachers practice creative initiatives and tasks in their classrooms. The implications are discussed at length.
