Investigate the Relationship between In-Service Training Courses and Teachers’ Efficiency

Research design the assumption that in-service training courses increase the effectiveness of teachers in primary hypothesis and it deals with several sub-hypothesis, Hypothesis that the impact of in-service training courses on job skills and manpower, and job satisfaction is also considered. In order to compare the effect of individual courses, the questionnaires were distributed among the 30 people trained as individuals and these samples were randomly selected. Finally, the analysis of data received from the questionnaires, the result of the analysis conducted has shown that in-service training courses have effected on operating efficiency, skills, job satisfaction of teachers in the middle schools of Ahwaz City in Khuzestan province. In fact, the research hypotheses have been confirmed.
