Strategic Leadership of the School Administrators affecting Students’ in the Mekong Sub-region Basin Educational Area, Thailand

Abstract

This research is the part of study “factors of strategic leadership of the school administrators affecting students’ desirable characteristics in the Mekong sub-region basin educational area” was to study the relationship between factors of strategic leadership of the school administrators affecting students’ desirable characteristics in the Mekong sub-region basin educational area and study the factors of strategic leadership of the school administrators affecting the students’ desirable characteristics using mixed method. The sample group was a group of 335 teachers. The systematic Random sampling was brought into use. The target group for a group discussion was made up of administrators, teachers, and in the Mekong sub-region educational area. The tools used in the research were a set of questionnaires about the strategic leadership and the students’ desirable characteristics according to the teacher's perception, and a discussion note–taking. The data analysis was done through a computer application for percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson’ Product Moment Correlation. The predictive power for the factors was created through Stepwise Multiple Regression. The qualitative data was analyzed for a point of importance according to the objectives of the research and a descriptive correlation design of the cause of the situation.
