In the concept and meaning of today; productivity means optimum use of organization resources to achieve the efficient and effective goals. Productivity is one of modern and efficient debates in economy and management that is considered in organizations. In fact, optimum use of resources is an art that has been transcended the proven principles and equations in the economy. Increase in productivity improves the quality of life for society's members and per capita income. This research is conducted with the aim of investigation thejob rotation and training and its effects on employee's productivity. This research shows that staff satisfaction, explosion of creativity and improvement of their skills as well as the commitment and responsibility have a dramatic impact on the employees’ productivity. This study is an applied study with analytical-descriptive method. The statistical population consists of the staff of the Khorasan Science and Technology Park whose performance is studied through random sampling. Analyzing the findings by SPSS software version 17 verified all hypotheses under examination. Managers of organization may use the results of this study for better planning on different education programs in line with their staff's job rotation.
