The purpose of this study is to identify the MBA students’ expectations from English language staff working in various Arts and Science Colleges and Engineering colleges in Erode District. This study was conducted during the period of April 2013 to September 2013. The target population of the study is MBA students pursuing MBA programme in Erode District. The researcher has used survey methods for collecting data from the students. The study has identified the Tangibility, Reliability, Caring, Responsiveness, Empathy, Accessibility, Problem Solving Capacity are important dimensions of service quality. The study also identified that there is an impact on Responsiveness, Caring and Accessibility dimensions of Service Quality and students’ satisfaction. The identified dimensions may help the educational institutions to frame suitable policies regarding various dimensions of service quality and English language teachers may also get to know the student's expectation from them.
