Abstract

Ideal urban space of a city is space which civil justice is respected and all of citizens even vulnerable groups can use from these spaces. Current research, tried to investigate Making Park for accessing whole of the society particularly for disabled people as respected group of the society in order to promote social justice within the framework of the city and develop facility of the city. Thus, Kohsangi Park was selected as one of the largest and oldest parks in city of Mashhad, then, we compared, and evaluated municipal facilities based on their related standards. Following results indicated that Kohsangi Park is suitable based on view of the need for compatibility with disabilities and available facilities and properties have suitable designing and facilitate using of these facilities for disable people.
