Leisure Time Among Zahedanian Citizens: A Potential for Sustainable Development of Tourism Industry in the Villages of Taftan Volcano Mountain's Domain

Urbanization and living in large and crowded cities is accompanied with traffic, air pollution, noise pollution, high speed of life and social and economic concerns and citizens are always confronting to psychological and spiritual pressures in front of different concerns. And if possible escape of these concerns and taking refuge in the nature and use of the natural landscapes can have a large impact on the spirit of the citizens. Paying attention to the natural talents of each region to meet the citizens’ needs is the most important concerns of planners and policies of the government that should be managed. Metropolis of Zahedan suffers from the lack of natural and recreational spaces due to its large population and while the region of Taftan with good weather is placed at a distance of about a 150 Km from this city. This region with natural attractions and pleasant climate can have a key role in modifying the Zahedanian citizens’ mood. The purpose of this study is to introduce the tourist attractions of Tafton's domain such as villages of Ladiz, Tamin, seventy Malav, etc on one hand and to identify the urgent need of Zahedanian citizens to suitable space for spending their leisure time and how to manage for suitable benefit of Zahedanian citizens from this potential on the other hand and to provide guidelines in this regard. Research method is in the form of the library and case and the case samples will be used for the statement of problem.
