The objective of this study is to examine the relations between personality traits and perfectionism among teachers. The intention was to find the predicting variables that contribute to perfectionism tendencies. The statistical population of this study included 1200 elementary school teachers. The sample size was 300 teachers selected randomly by systematic stratified sampling. Study tools included personality trait questionnaire (NEOFFI) and Hill's perfectionism questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by Pearson correlation coefficient and step by step regression. Study findings showed conscientiousness as the dominant personality trait with the highest average score in teachers. Inferential analysis showed that perfectionism has positive and direct relationship with neuroticism and conscientiousness. Conscientiousness variable could predict 0.065 of perfectionism variance.
