Abstract

The use of Qur'an is necessary as main source of faith for two reasons:1) Inadequate use of reason and experience, for regularities to the relations and behaviors of human groups. 2) The attitude of religious topics and legal issues to complete and development the results of the intellect. In the among of the various discussions of civil liability that has been mentioned in the Qur'an, The verses of this book have been offered some basic of liability that It can be noted to prohibition of Oppression and harm to others, prohibition of the vicious Occupation in the property of others and The necessity of respect for the rights of physical, material and spiritual of people as Quranic principles of civil liability.
