Present study aims at comparing the logical beliefs of managers (principals) with relation-oriented leadership style and principals with task-oriented leadership style with respect to their gender. Statistical population of the study includes 385 school principals of Ardabil City, of whom 196 were chosen using random sampling method. The study used Lutans Questionnaire of Styles of Leadership with a reliability of 0.72, and Logical Beliefs Questionnaire of Alice with a reliability of 0.78. These questionnaires were completed by the principals of the statistical sample. Collected data was analyzed using two-way ANOVA. Results showed that there was no difference between logical beliefs of the principals with various leadership styles. There was also no difference between logical beliefs of male and female principals. And, finally, there was no significant difference between logical beliefs of male and female principals in relation to their leadership styles.
