Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between organizational knowledge management and intellectual capital and by considering the intermediary role of organizational culture in Fars province zonal watering organization. Questionnaires have been used as research tools and statistical analyses have been done on the data gathered from the statistical society. Results show that despite of similar researches results, here there is no significant relationship between organizational knowledge management and intellectual capita in this organization. This is because existence of knowledge management in this organization is only a claim and its human resources are not real capitals also. Organizational culture as a moderator has the amplifying and empowering effect in the relationship between these two variables and that is a key indicator that guides us to this summery that by empowering knowledge sharing system in any organization, most of the organizational competitive advantages could be reached.
