In today's world, stress has become a common phenomenon and is so widespread that people and organizations should be concerned about how to manage it more effectively. It pressures to perform in a climate of rapid economic and technological change, especially in developing countries like India, cause stress. E-Centric Solutions Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad a branch of Paradigm inc., USA is a multinational company engaged in the business of Outsourcing and It pocess the knowledge workers who will be under constant work pressure. Therefore, the company has necessity to find out the internal and external stress causing factors and to help employees to overcome from the situation of stress. The main objective of this study is to conduct a survey about the job stress factors of employees at E centric Pvt Ltd. The other objectives to test the job stress level with the demograohic variables like gender, age and experience. For doing/accomplishing these objectives a survey was conducted by preparing a structured open and closed ended questionnaire which consisted of multiple choice questions. To check the accuracy of the questionnaire pilot survey for 20 respondents was conducted. All the 20 respondents felt convenient in answering the questionnaire; hence the same questionnaire was used for main survey. Convenient sampling was used as sampling method to conduct the survey. The various statistical tools used in this study were Percentage analysis, chi-square test and weighted average method to find out significant relationship between opinion of employees about stress causing factors. The findings of the study reveal that gender plays an important and significant role in relation with job stress, whereas experience and age were not.
