This paper tries to study the importance of entrepreneurship extension through kidspreneurship train of trainers (ToT) with focused on pedagogy. This is a review and applied- type paper. The reliable and valid data resulted from authors‟ working papers were used. By reviewing the literatures on “entrepreneurship and its extension and training/education”, “ToT and role of training multipliers” and “kidspreneurship” as well as many working papers of the authors in the field of ToT, the paper tries to answer these questions: “Can we extend entrepreneurial culture in the society which leads to sustainable development through kidspreneurship ToT? What contents and pedagogy can be used in kidspreneurship training? In order to answer these 2 questions, an analytic study of the related literature has been done. Finally, authors proposed a conceptual model and some applied recommendations useful for respective institutions and organizations.
