The analysis on role of emotional intelligence in training of communication skills among managers at Saderat Bank of Iran

The current research has been carried out by aiming at exploration into emotional intelligence role in training of communication skills among directors at Saderat Bank of Iran. The methodology of this study is of descriptive type. The sample size includes 310 participants in this research, which have been measured by means of Tsaousis Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Jerabek Communication Skills Inventory. The research hypotheses were examined through correlation test by SPSS software. The findings of this investigation showed that the emotional intelligence is significantly related to communication skills in managers.
