An employee survey conducted by a large manufacturing company in Odisha state of India was the basis of this research study. A mixed type of research methodology was conducted to examine the relationships between employee involvement, empowerment, and satisfaction with respect to two employee categories. Employee involvement was found to be significantly related to employee empowerment and employee empowerment was found to be significantly related to employee satisfaction. For each of the above mentioned aspects, four latent factors were studied through employee survey. Moreever, executive employees showed little bit dissatifaction in comparision to non-executive employees.
