The focus of the study concerns about quality of work life of technical and non-technical employees of ceramic industry. Today in competitive world the biggest challenge is the retention of employees. And it is very important to study the factors that create imbalance between work and life in the life of both types of employees. Sample carries 118 of technical and non-technical employees of ceramic industry. Data was collected through structured questionnaire. Study conduct and found that there are some factor leads to high satisfaction and work or life related issues affecting each other.
