Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational entrepreneurship by considering the intermediary role of job satisfaction in Shiraz Hafez Hospital. Questionnaires have been used as research tools and statistical analyses have been done on the data gathered from the statistical society. Results show that Organizational justice has no relationship with organizational entrepreneurship and entering job satisfaction as a mediator has no effect on this relationship. Among job satisfaction dimensions we can find some notes that focusing on them can reinforce organizational entrepreneurship management.
