Protecting environment is an important issue. Biological disasters not only get security and peace from life, but also threats to health and existence. The purpose of study is to identify the effect of cultural factors on protecting environment and biological behaviours. It was performed by using measurement method and questionnaire on 320 persons in Isfahan. Data analysis was performed in descriptive statistics level, in abundance distribution table frame and in inferential statistics level by using Pearson correlation coefficient, multi – regression, T-Test, Toki test, variance analysis and modelling by SPSS software. The results of the study showed that variables such as responsibility, education level and training are influential on protecting environment and biological behaviours. The above variables were considered with respect to gender in this study. According to the results, culture is a factor which determines behaviours in society and biological behaviours resulting from it is an important factor, too.
