Nowadays people of the societies endow their properties for God to help the other people considering their own religious beliefs and as soon as the devotion is done, a legal organization called endowment is founded and Iran's legislator accepts the devoted property's independent legal person by approving article 3 of the endowments and charity affairs’ organization. Because of this, special laws have been passed regarding endowment affairs. Therefore in this article a research about endowment person and their ownership and the endowed properties’ managers has been done.
