Lawmakers of Iran have considered certain properties for concluding lease including temporariness, being exchanged and being owned and all of these mentioned properties lead to special circumstances. Leasing as one of the most important contracts and one of the most common legal actions in terms of devotion has general and specific terms. The general terms of leasing include the terms which exist in every leasing contract whether a devoted property or a normal property. Also its specific terms include the terms which are exclusively employed for devoted properties. Although, for maintaining the relativity with the subject of this research, it is tried to investigate general terms of leasing in terms of devotion and its surrounding concepts.
