The study of agricultural wastes into biomass is anapproach towards the growth of alternative energy sources. Artocarpus Heterophyllus Leaves (AHL) Powder is used as an alternative energy source to coal. Densification of scums depends upon its physical properties and process parameters. In this paper the effect of moisture content and pressure on relaxed density of AHL Powder were studied. The study was undertaken to explore the properties of fuel briquettes manufactured from artocarphus heterophyllus. In this paper, a scientific model for a synthesized assessment was reputable according to response surface methodology (RSM). Based on the RSM, an optimal scheme was selected for a fully operational artocarphus heterophyllus briquette fuel plant in south India. The relaxation density is negligible at the die pressure and moisture content of 30.18MPa and 15.89% respectively. The corresponding relaxed density is 720.278kg/m3 and some useful conclusions were made.
