The present study attests “Education & Self confidence accelerate Women Empowerment: A search among Middle Class Educated Indian Women in Eastern District of Dindigul, Tamil Nadu”. A total group of 40 women were selected from Eastern District of Dindigul, Tamil Nadu in age from 25–45 years. Percentage analysis through graphical representations was adopted for the present study. Sample was further divided into two categories and each category consisted of 20 respondents of housewives and working women. Graphical representation was used to illustrate the step of education and self confidence to demonstrate the acknowledgement of women empowerment among middle class educated Indian women. Study viewing that there are no significant differences between housewives and working women on Education and Self Confidence. Manifestly women's attitude on education and self confidence in a higher level percentage equally among middle class educated housewives as well as working women. The score total means percentage 55 percent and standard deviation 7.07 percent on attitude of women education and self confidence. Its average is 55%. Consistently their Education and Self Confidence do influence the ways in which women perceive their empowerment. Though the average is equal and same, during data collection, the researchers have come to know that housewives are little more mindful and value the worth and thirst for education than the working women since they are not getting exposure as working women.s have. This paper searches the stance of education, self confidence, and women empowerment, impact of education on empowerment of women as well as the challenges and changes that women must have to deal with during the process. Denial of access and opportunities to rightful place, possession and position to women begins from home and extends beyond to schools and other institutions of learning and work. Differences in avenues to growth and development thus, become issues. The issues become areas of concern, not just for women, but for the entire society. We call for a renewed emphasis on relevant, quality and holistic education to ensure the desired results.
