The role of Iran, Iraq, Kuwait and Qatar in order to Correct the Opaque

Abstract

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries was developed with the aim of creating unity among oil-rich lands and fighting against the giant companies active in this important industry and could actually play a determining and influential role in the world market. The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, known with the acronym of "OPEC", is an international institution formed from the unity of several oil-rich countries in order to control the oil market and establish its price. This organization tries different ways to guarantee the world oil market by removing harmful and unnecessary fluctuations. The organizational structure of OPEC consists of the ministers ’conference, the Board of Directors, a secretariat, a research sector and an economic commission. The ministers ’conference is the highest pillar of the organization and includes the heads of delegations (usually oil ministers) of the countries. This conference is held at least twice a year and is responsible for determining the public policy of the organization and formulating the procedures for the policies. Therefore, we deal in this article with the role played by Iran, Kuwait and Qatar in the proper orientation of this orientation.
