Industrial Productivity Enhancement by Eliminating Techno Stress in the Magnesite Industry, South India

The study aims at industrial productivity enhancement by eliminating techno stress of workers in magnesite industry, South India. Productivity trends of magnesite industry were analyzed with the tool of trend analysis and various techno coping parameters such as techno stressors, techno strain are chosen for conceptualization and analysis. The objective of the study lies on to identify factors which makes the industrial productivity in down trend and the impact of techno stress of workers towards industrial growth. This article has applied techno stress eliminating mechanism by analyzing the previous researches and its gap. Primary and secondary data were collected to apply S-O-R model which given techno strategy to eliminate the techno stress and to enhance the industrial productivity in the magnesite industry, South India.
